P4/5 have been learning all about the RNLI in their World Around Us topic this term. As part of our topic the children investigated the properties of different materaials and if they would float and sink. After numerous scientific investigations the children designed their own boats and tested them to see if they would float or sink. Have a look at some of our wonderful creations.
