Reception – Primary 3 learn all about Apples

Reception to Primary 3 enjoyed learning all about apples during a recent visit to the Palace Stables in Armagh. During the trip the children learnt all about different types of apples and how apples are used in the food industry to make lots on different products. We also visited Molly’s kitchen to see first hand how potato bread is made and made a beautiful picture frame. This complemented the topic on foods from our country ‘Irish produce’ which is being covered.
